  Really wanted donuts today. Bought 2. Right after buying them I looked over and saw someone in the back room area drop a donut onto the ground. He picked up the donut with one of those paper things and put it right onto his tray he was bringing out to the counter area. I assume it was the owner or manager saw him drop the donut by mistake and pick it up and put it on the tray! Disgusting! Although the floor is littered with donut droppings that's absolutely gross! Won't ever go there again.

  Every Friday for the past couple of months I have been buying doughnuts from Donut Land for the company I work for. Every other experience has been fine, however, after the shocking experience I had today I will not be returning. When I arrived it looked like the person was delaying and not wanting to help me, he finally did and everything was just fine. When I went to pay, this man kept mumbling under his breath in his own language and I patiently ignored it. I gave him my card, and when the transaction was done he threw the card back on the box and said something along the lines of have a good day. I was confused, since I'm paying with a credit card and needed to get reimbursed, I needed a receipt. He didn't stop there, he kept mumbling and the last word that I clearly heard and understood was "sharmuta" (Google it, it's arabic) and I looked at him and told him that I knew what it meant. I ripped my own receipt out of the printer and left completely in shock. Upon inspecting my receipt I noticed he had charged me $10 extra, so I went back, and he was there so I refused to talk to him until someone else was able to help me out. I asked for a manager and the other man said he was the one that oversaw everyone, so I complained and got my money back. I was told that "everything would be okay" and nothing more. I can't believe they would have someone who has that much hatred towards women, in such a public position. Keep in mind that I work for a bank I'm on my way to work, and I'm dressed in business casual attire.
