  Service here has been declining and getting worse by the day really.
  Charged for extra shots I didn't order, extra drinks I did not order, and getting cold drinks that are not supposed to be cold.
  Was told today that the drink I ordered was correct, even though it didn't taste anything like the drink I get, and ended up going back later and got the same drink. Well not only was it a different color(something I pointed out earlier as well), but it was the flavor it was supposed to be.
  I am not sure if training here has been just really bad here lately. But it's been going on months now that I have to correct them or ask for a recipt because I am sure they have over charged me(has ended up being the case more than once) or have fucked up my order.

  The staff are usually always wonderful and more then not, help me deicide on something new. Today, I wanted a smoothie I usually get, but instead, they gave me a slushy, and I have no idea what flavor it even is.. I haven't had Dutch in awhile so I was really excited, but now I'm really bummed that I got a large of something completely different and I don't even know what flavors I'm drinking.. :(
